Delivery time will vary from region to region, and may take from 2 weeks to 1 month or more. It is worth remembering that in many cases the product might arrive in a few days in the country of delivery, but it can take time to arrive at the customer's residence due to the country's internal processes.

Japan's courier services are not accepting shipments to all countries and the shipping methods are restricted. So, please check first if your country is on this list.

We offer some free boxes for evaluation and promotion, but you must go through a selection made by FunForFan Shop, as quantities are limited.
Get in touch with us via email moshimoshi@funforfanshop.com or through the contact page with your information (name of blog / channel, niche, etc.). However, there are some requirements that will be evaluated, such as:
- Relationship of your blog / channel with Japanese culture or goodies;
- Number of visits, followers and engagement;
- Proof that the blog / channel is yours.

The payment method is via Stripe. Stripe supports several card brands, from large global networks like Visa and Mastercard to local networks like Cartes Bancaires in France or Interac in Canada. You don't need an Stripe account to make a payment.

Here are some factors that can affect the delivery of your box:

> The product is 'stuck' in your country's customs and you will need to pay the charged fees to have the box cleared:
If you have received the information that the product is being held at customs, consult the payment and clearance methods directly with the courier service in your country. After the payment of taxes, your box will be forwarded to your address.
> International shipping is affected by a situation such as a global pandemic, natural disasters, etc .:
We will notify you on our website about possible delivery delays when these problems occur. But if you made the purchase before the situation and your box is lost, contact us through any method of communication available on this contact page.
> There are cases when the product arrives in a few days in the country of destination, but it takes a long time to arrive at your residence due to internal bureaucratic processes of your country:
In that case, don't worry. Just wait for customs verification and, if it is not taxed, the box will soon be on its way to your address.

After the shipping your box, you are going to receive an email informing the tracking code and other details.

If you have made a mistake filling your address information and the box has been sent back to us, we can reship the box, but the cost of reshipment will be charged. If the box does not return to FunForFan Shop, unfortunately it will not be possible to ship a new product and the amount will not be refunded. For this reason, fill in the registration form carefully so that there are no delivery problems.
If the mistake was made by us, we will resend the box with no extra cost.

If you receive your order damaged or in disagreement with the ordered, we ask that you immediately contact us through any way of communication available on this contact page. We ask that you send a photo of the product as well, so that we can analyze the case and solve the problem in the best way. Notification to our customer service must be made within 72 hours after receiving the product and the problem may be solved by sending a new product, returning part or all of the amount paid or adding credit to your user account for later use.
This refund does not cover cases in which the product's outer packaging is damaged, but its internal content is intact.

If the status is of your order tracking is showing "delivered" but you have not received your box, contact the local courier service, as it is responsible for the delivery of your order in your country. FunForFan Shop is not responsible for packages not delivered or lost by delivery companies.
