Shipping and product tracking:
The shipping cost is already included in the price of the products, therefore no shipping cost will be added to the final value of your purchase, except for times when international shipping is affected as in a situation of global pandemic, natural disasters, etc. In this case, we may charge an extra fee due to the shortage of shipping methods and you’ll have the choice to accept or not.
You will receive by email a product tracking code and a link to track your package.
Delivery time will vary from region to region, and may take from two weeks to two months or more. Cancellation, exchange and refund:
After processing and shipping your order, it will not be possible to cancel, return or exchange the product.

Notification to our customer service must be made within 7 (seven) consecutive days after receiving the product and the problem may be solved by sending you a new product, returning part of or all the amount paid or adding credit to your user account for future use.
This refund does not cover cases in which the product's shipping box is damaged, but its internal content is intact.
Cancellation by FunForFan Shop:
Cancellation of the purchase or user account made by FunForFan Shop may occur in case of inconsistent user data, inability to deliver the requested product due to a non-existent or inaccessible address, lack of purchased merchandise due to failure in the integration between sales and stock system, occurrence of systemic errors that alter product data on the website or misuse of the website by the user.
